The feel of the water

The grip on that hold

Intense concentration.

Nothing else exists

The energy is rushing through my body

Fueling it to the goal

Faster, stronger, higher

The initial tension is flowing through me

Pushed away from its hiding place

There is no corner to hold onto

It flows through my limbs

And it is crushed by my feet

It is washed away by the water

It falls to its death from the wall.

And I stand hereafter

Pleasant tiredness cuddling my muscles

Stress relief for my mind

Endorphins bathing me,

Bringing a smile on my face.
