Human Experience

It's part of the human experience

They say

Breathe deeply and observe the feeling

They admonish

Where is it?

How is it?

What is it?

On my face

In my throat

In my stomach

Heart fluttering

Tension around my eyes

Building up

40 seconds it lasts

They predict

Observe it like passing clouds

They advise

Don't hold onto it

Otherwise, it won't dissolve

But what if I don't want to be human?

Is it true that not feeling is being dead inside?

Is it true that dissociating is worse?

Is it my body feeling or my mind making it up?

Breath in

Breath out

And again

Breath in

Breath out

Until calm comes back
